STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payments are non transferable or refundable.

  • The studio and/or teachers reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient number of enrolled students or other circumstances. If a class is cancelled a refund will be given.

  • If you are filming a video of yourself you must be respectful to those around you and/or ask for consent if another student is in your shot.

  • Atria Studios strive to excel students progress and learning, If a package is purchased it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that he/she makes a conscious effort to attend his/her classes.

  • All students must book onto an open training induction before being able to train at the studio without supervision or attend any open training sessions.

  • If you are in open training and are here alone, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are confident with the movements that you are practicing. It is your responsibility to stay safe. It is also your responsibility that if equipment is moved it is put back to the exact same way as you left it.

  • All packages/services purchased must be taken within a 28 day period, apart from those on a 6 week course.

PT's / Instructors 

  • Please note that if you are a PT/Instructor you may be asked to show your certification in order to avail the studio rental offer for freelancers. 

  • The studio rental for freelancers/PT's is only applicable if the freelancer is using the offer to teach a private class, else the freelancer must either pay 250 AED for non members of 175 AED if he/she is an Atria members.

Late Policy

  • Atria Studios enforces a strict Late Cancel Policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your class you will lose your spot and not be refunded. You must be on time to class to properly stretch and warm-up prior to engaging in Atria Studios class. No entry into class after 10 minutes.

cancellation Policy

  • Atria Studios enforces a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you reserve your place in an Atria Studios class and then fail to cancel  12 hours in advance, you will be charged for the class. Each cancellation and/or no show will count against and be deducted from your month’s remaining unused sessions or package sessions.

 

Freezing a package

  • A member has the option to freeze their membership for a maximum of 40 days throughout the year. A minimum of 7 days is required to freeze your membership. 

  • A Member can only freeze their membership once within a current package
