HEAL HUB FRIDAY 30TH 💫
For this months Atria "Zen & Calm" we will be heading to the heal hub for a Cold plunge in their pool and try out their Red light therapy suites at a discounted rate of 120 AED! (usual price 170 AED)
What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy is a treatment that uses low wavelength red light to reportedly improve your skin's appearance, such as reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. It's also touted to treat other medical conditions.
Benefits of Cold Plunge?
Cold water immersion, which is usually referred to as either ice bathing or cold plunging, is an excellent way to reduce inflammation, recover quicker from training, better manage stress and anxiety, become more resilient and much more.

TARROT AND MINDFULNESS 📚
At Atria we believe that overall strength and fitness means nothing without a healthy and clear mind and there is no better way to do that other than connecting closer with ourselves and our feelings and thoughts.
As part of "Atria Educate" this month we will be hosting an awareness workshop where she will be educating and explaining to us about the history of tarrot cards, what they are and how you can use them as a tool to enhance your well being through an interactive talk.
Ana has been practicing Tarot from the age of 13, it is clear that she is a complete natural and her nurturing energy is felt the minute she begins her reading.
